Editorial & Corrections Policy
Our standards, and how we fix mistakes.

Every story at The Daily is edited by at least one editor before publication. We verify facts with primary sources wherever possible and identify anonymous sources only when there is a clear public interest.
Sponsored and partner content is labelled above the headline, in line with ASCI guidelines, and is never written by our newsroom.
When we make a factual error, we correct it promptly and add a dated note at the end of the article explaining what changed. To report an error, write to us through the contact page.
