Six mainboard issues are open or opening this week, and Jio Platforms and Paras Healthcare follow on October 21. Dates, price bands, issue sizes and what to check before you bid.

India's primary market is having one of its busiest stretches of the year. Six mainboard IPOs are open or opening this week, and the country's biggest-ever share sale, Jio Platforms, opens on Wednesday, October 21. This page lists what is open now and what comes next, and we update it every week, so bookmark it rather than searching for a new list each Monday.
Figures below come from company filings and IPO market reports as of October 15, 2026. Price bands and dates are final only once they appear in the red herring prospectus (RHP), so check the exchange or your broker's app before you bid.
Quick answer
- Closing today (Thursday, October 15): HD Fire Protect, ₹258-271.
- Closing Friday, October 16: Fusion CX, ₹275-289.
- Open October 15 to Monday, October 19: Zetwerk (₹143-151), Tonbo Imaging (₹665-700), Bonfiglioli Transmissions (₹558-586) and Sahajanand Medical Technologies (₹327-344).
- Opening Wednesday, October 21 (closing October 23): Jio Platforms (₹1,065-1,119) and Paras Healthcare (₹660-693).

Which IPOs are open this week?
HD Fire Protect (closes October 15). A fire-safety equipment maker raising about ₹712 crore. The whole issue is an offer for sale (OFS), so the money goes to the selling shareholders, not the company. It was subscribed 4.62 times on the first day.
Fusion CX (closes October 16). A customer-experience and outsourcing services company. The issue is about ₹702 crore, with a price band of ₹275-289.
Zetwerk Manufacturing (October 15-19). The largest issue this week at about ₹5,012 crore: roughly ₹2,830 crore of new shares and ₹2,182 crore of OFS. Zetwerk is a manufacturing and supply-chain company. Because part of the money is fresh, the company itself raises funds for growth and debt.
Bonfiglioli Transmissions (October 15-19). An industrial gearbox and drives maker selling about ₹2,534 crore of shares, all OFS. One aggregator shows the upper band as ₹584, but the issue reports give ₹586.
Tonbo Imaging (October 15-19). A defence-technology company that makes thermal and night-vision imaging systems. It is an ₹852 crore OFS at ₹665-700.
Sahajanand Medical Technologies (October 15-19). A maker of heart stents and medical devices, selling about ₹475 crore of shares through an OFS at ₹327-344.
Under SEBI's T+3 rule, shares list about three working days after an issue closes. Exchange holidays around Dussehra (October 20) can push that by a day, so check your broker for the exact listing date.

What is coming next week?
Jio Platforms (October 21-23). Reliance Industries told the stock exchanges on October 14 that the price band is ₹1,065-1,119. The issue is entirely fresh shares, up to 270 million of them, worth about ₹30,213 crore at the top of the band. That makes it larger than Hyundai Motor India's 2024 issue. Reports put the minimum bid at 12 shares, about ₹13,428 at the upper band, though some broker pages still show 13 shares, so confirm in the RHP. Allotment is expected on October 26 and listing on October 28. Read our full guide: Jio Platforms IPO: what we know.
Paras Healthcare (October 21-23). The hospital chain will raise about ₹1,450 crore: ₹500 crore of new shares and ₹950 crore of OFS, at ₹660-693. One lot is 21 shares, about ₹14,553 at the upper band. Some pages still show ₹1,800 crore, the figure from the company's earlier draft papers; the final size is smaller.
Before you apply: a five-point check
- Read the RHP, not only the headlines. It sets out the business, the risks and exactly how the money will be used.
- Fresh issue or OFS? An OFS gives the company no new money. That is not a bad sign in itself, but you should know who is selling and why.
- Look at the price. Compare the valuation with listed rivals. A big brand name does not make every price a good one.
- Do not chase the grey market premium. GMP is an unofficial, unregulated number and often changes sharply just before listing.
- Apply only what you can leave invested. In a busy week, retail portions are often oversubscribed, and many applicants get no shares at all.

How to check your IPO allotment
Allotment is usually finalised one working day after an issue closes. You can check it on the registrar's website (named in the RHP), or on the BSE and NSE allotment pages using your PAN or application number. If you do not get shares, the amount blocked in your bank account through UPI is released, usually within a day or two.
